I would say Grey or Cuban but the markings on the mouth don't match. That is on a Toad but the toe pads do say frog.

It looks like it has toe-pads, no cranial ridge, and a rounded snout, which means its some sort of frog (a treefrog), with a lot of tuberacles, and to me it looks like a just-metamorphosed frog which could explain why its hard to ID. It looks like something I saw in Honduras but I can't find the ID.
