Too much color for Chipping Sparrow (given the date). Also note the gray supercilium (eyeline); Chipping have a white supercilium in alternate plumage. In the full-size version (http://lh4.ggpht.com/3m5SWTKhFWitM2-aj0J...), you can make out some yellow on the lower mandible.
