Moth

Asthena undulata

Description:

White moth with simple pattern on wings that (to my eyes) looks like a genie's magic lamp. It is probably mimicking bird droppings though. Looks similar to Auzota moths...is it one?

Habitat:

Drawn to the porch light of the cottage in Village Kolakham; a remote, forested area.

Notes:

Graduating at the top of the class of feces-mimics is this moth that I spotted in Kolakham earlier: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/144...
