Not the best pic. Taken early morning. could be a female Common Merganser or Female Red Breasted Merganser. Wish i had the front view!
Red Breasted is on the list for commonly seen.
Looks more like a Red-breasted by the length of bill and shape of forehead. But will have to be confirmed.
