I agree with Ashley, certainly a "Western" race Palm Warbler.

If that was the case, the whole bird would look yellow, not just the rump. Still not near streaked enough to be a waterthrush.

I thought it was a sun setting shot and color was from sunlight. But OK.

Not enough streaking on the breast for a waterthrush and waterthrush doesn't have the yellow rump.
