@Agnes: Without the long body it has some similarities with Tagiades, hasn't it?? ;-)...

Crambidae, Spilomelinae, Spilomelini, Maruca vitrata. Pantropical pest, also found on the Philippines.

looks close to this Glyphodes but most of them have even lines on the bottom white. This one has irregular line. But hope this helps
