Cockroach Egg Parasitoid Wasp

Evania appendigaster

Description:

Tiny black wasp with striking blue eyes that flew into my house. I think it hit the fan and got its legs a little tangled, but when I put it outside on my feather cactus it got its legs straightened out and it seemed fine.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood

I think you're right. Evaniella semaeoda and Evania appendigaster seem to be good candidates
