Description:

White from below with small bill and darken brown wings .It has specific feature of filament like two outer feathers.Females have shorter filaments.It gets its name from these filament like tail feathers.

Habitat:

Seen here in Punjab during change of season from summer to winter. Common breeders in Africa south of Sahara .
