Oleander Aphid

Aphis nerii

Description:

A cluster of different ages, even a winged adult

Habitat:

On the stems, leaves, flowers, and seed pods of a milkweed plant

Notes:

You can see a single winged adult in some of the pictures. The presence of these insects does not deter monarch caterpillars and attracts ladybugs

Thankyou PerilsOfPlastic! And actually I have not seen oleander around where I live, I really only find these aphids on milkweed

lovely pic of Aphids. Have you observed that Aphids are found mostly on red Oleander and not pink oleander?
