This plant I found was in Nob Hill. I don't know what it is, but it has many leaves at the bottom, then a nice line of thin leaves leading to the top. I only found 2 of these here in Nob Hill.
It is very tall, a little taller than Strelitzia reginae (Birds Of Paradise)
