Thosea sinensis
This green hairy caterpillar of Family Limacodidae has a white band bissecting it and 2 rows of pinkish grooves.
I found this caterpillar on the underside of a palm leaf.

Thank you! Yes, Jellis, I do think this is a Limacodidae moth caterpillar, too. Those on flicker are good photos. I think this caterpillar is quite common here in the Philippines. Unfortunately, no one can come up with a definitely ID of this (yet).
