Graphocephala atropunctata
Blue plant hopper with a yellow "Happy Face" marking. About 8 mm long. There is another smaller and brown hopper next to it, maybe male and female?
Oak forest
@Bayucca : Bugguide shows some different ID...facts you said are true.So which ID correct no? One in Bugguide? But region wise its not from Mexico na? Yeah...you are right as u seen them..I m just referring to the net!
I'm really thankful to Adarsha B S and to bayuca for their effort to ID this Blue Green Sharpshooter.
Good job Adarsha! But I was very sceptic about the ID, after checking your link. I do not know this site but the ID seems to be wrong on this site or Luis' sharpshooter. In my eyes they look completely different, other stripes, no yellow border, no black spots at the snout etc. I did a little re-search (first thought was also Graphocephala) and bingo! Here is your Graphocephala atropunctata which is now called Hordnia atropunctata! Check my link and compare with yours and bugguide and you would understand why I was sceptic. They look quite different (at least in my eyes).

Thank you LeanneGardner, Maria dB, CarolSnowMilne, YukoChartraw and Karen L.
The hoppers have such nice coloring and patterns. Nice spotting of the two together!
Leafhopper, both of them and most probably not the same genus, might not even be the same family. The blue one is a sharpshooter, Cicadellinae.
