Thanks gully.moy, for comment and suggestion, I will try that.
Probably a Shaggy Parasol (one of either Chlorophyllum rhacodes, C. olivieri or C. brunneum), which would make it edible. Post it on a site like Mushroom Observer to be sure if you want to eat it.
