Spotless Starling; Estornino Negro

Sturnus unicolor

Habitat:

Coastal marshes

Notes:

Fell to the ground from the nest in the roof of the hide as I was leaving. Many nesting birds do this and they usually survive after taking some time to get their wind back. The parents are usually nearby to help them to feed.
