Description:

Clusters of white buds ~ 2 cm long, which open to reveal petals which are red within the buds, and which turn to yellow on the portions most emerged from the buds.

Habitat:

Suburban area on tropical upland plateau.

Notes:

Spotted along a a paved neighborhood walkway, where the gingers have been planted as ornamentals.
