Spotting

Description:

A tall spindly delicate fungi growing from a fallen tree trunk on the edge of a stream. The large one was about 10 inches tall with a 2 1/2 inch cap. When I came back the next day after it had rained, they were lying on the ground. The caps had almost dissolved.

Habitat:

tropical rainforest
