Bush honeysuckle is non-native and extremely invasive! Unfortunately, birds and other wildlife love the berries and thereby spread the seeds, which sprout readily. The link above explains how you can attempt to control this species if it was found on your farm. If this was found in a public area, you should alert the proper land managers about its presence.
