Description:

The bougainvillea has 5 to 6 lobed flowers and are surrounded by 3 pinkish or a orange, papery, egg-shaped, floral bracts. The leaves are green or variegated with yellow.

Habitat:

Bougainvillea likes a climate from subtropical to tropical, but they mostly prefer tropical climate. They can also grow in dense forests where it can cling onto other plants to reach the sunlight.
