Sub-urb house surrounded by bamboo and other forests. Humid, cool to warm place. Altitude, about 1,700m.

Notes:

The specimen I've referred to is bluish, whereas this one is pure dark green, else other details are ditto. Therefore, I've hazarded this guess. Experts may, pl defer or agree with the suggestion.
