Coelophora saucia
Coocinellidae, Coelophora sp., unfortunately I cannot read most of the references in Chinese, so you have to check yourself which one it is. Candidates are Coelophora saucia or Coelophora biplagiata. Saucia is used as a pestcontrol for aphids, so you might find also infos on agriculture sites.

It looks like that Coelophora saucia might be more common.
