Brahminy's do not have the white patches between the elbow and wingtip which this one has. Yours is 100% Black Kite.

yeah was thinking this was a Juvenile Brhaminy kite

Juvenile Brahminy also has a much paler tail with rounded tip.

Black Kite. Brahminy has a white breast except juvenile which has a dark cap.
