Description:

Body is flat, blue-black and the white spots spread on the back. It is a large offshore benthic fish. The swimming ability is not very strong, so that often roosting on the seabed. Carnivorous, based on meiofauna. Ovoviviparous.

Notes:

There is a maritime museum in the southernmost of Taiwan and this fish is a one of the stars in the museum, because of Its gentle and peaceful. The shot I took when it swimed through my head.
