Description:

Small, red and yellow leafhopper nymph about 3 mm long. The antennae are very long! Nearly the length of the nymph, itself.

Habitat:

This hopper was on Oleander leaf in park near stream.

Hi Sckel, I don't know. The Leafhopper expert I talked to is not familiar with this species. I will look for the adults the next time I visit the park.
