Pselliopus nymphs are orange with black and white striping on the legs. I think these may be a different species. http://bugguide.net/node/view/260643

I think what you have here are actually Leaf-footed Bug nymphs. Notice the wider, flared hind legs. http://bugguide.net/node/view/834642
