Eurema blanda (Boisduval, 1836), ssp visellia Fruhstorfer, 1910 for Luzon, Mindoro. Three-Spot Grass Yellow, Eurema blanda is a small butterfly of the family Pieridae, that is, the Yellows and Whites. The Three-Spot Grass Yellow can be distinguished from the other Eurema species by the 3 cell spots on the undersides of the forewings near the base. Key to Eurema sp. The identification of the species of Eurema is often not easy, particularly when the butterflies have a rather restless flight, and are alert when approached.
