Description:

Solid chocolate brown on top and grayish white below. Robin sized.

Habitat:

Found in the Amazon rainforest of SE Ecuador.

Notes:

I was finally able to ID this bird by way of Birds of Ecuador book. It was trapped by a local Indian boy, hence the small specks of blood in one picture. It was not serious.
