Condica Noctuid Moth

Condica illecta

Description:

Dark-brown with a tinge of green colouring, body length is about 2.5cm. Condica illecta (Walker, 1865) of family Noctuidae, subfamily Condicinae. The species occurs throughout Southeast Asia, Indo-Australian and the South Pacific. It has a wingspan of about 4 cms. Adults are brown with an indistinct complex wing pattern.

Habitat:

Spotted on the ceiling of the garage.
