Description:

TL: 16-20mm. Narrow, sooty brown FW has yellow streak that extends along basal half of costa. Dull metallic blue thorax has contrasting golden collar. HOSTS: Grasses, lichen, and spike-rush. Habitat:

Found in open field with Milkweed and Goldenrod.
