Hi issy_belly and welcome to Project Noah. I think you have here a young version of Blue Blubber (Catostylus mosaicus) The most common jellyfish in south-east Queensland it is blue where you are and I am (Victoria) but the NSW people get boring brown ones. Please adjust the pin on the location map as it is currently near the city and it probably should be newrer to Morton Bay :)
