Hyperolius sp.

Description:

Tiny brown frog with purple speckles all over the body. Found in daylight.

Habitat:

Tropical moist montane forest.

This looks like a juvenile too, which makes it even more difficult to determine species on!

All the reed frogs are super variable, H. marmoratus is the only one I'm comfortable going down to species on. Leaving it at genus level is a good idea :)

Thank you, Ashley! I tried identifying it using the guide below. It looks like H. mitchelli, but I have some doubts because the morph in the photos does not appear in the guide. So I'll stick it just to Hyperolius sp.
