I agree with the species that ThomasCaelifera as suggested, Odontotaenius disjunctus. The common name "Jerusalem beetle" does not appear to be a common name that is associated with this species (except on Wikipedia for some reason, it may be erroneous). If you click on the link he provided above, there is a list of names that this large beetle goes by.
