Domesticated cattle are in the Bovidae family.

Description:

Cattle industry is one of Alabama's largest agricultural products in terms of cash income. Most cow-calf operations consist of small herds having from 10 - 20 brood cows.

Habitat:

The cows live in fields and pastures.

Notes:

While traveling throughout the different counties in Alabama, I mostly see cows.
