A spotted butterfly straight out of the fashion of the 1960's (Skipper?)
On plants located on a mowed (grassy) trail that runs between the woods but is close to freshwater lakes and marshes
I usually saw this butterfly on clover flowers; the size of the bloom help show the (small) size of this butterfly
