Brown wings,cream colored head, long legs with white joints, when in flight you can hear him clearly buzzing off, I believe harmless a male Mosquito. its about the size of a .50 cent piece.
wet areas or everywhere after a rain storm
I have been told by many locals they never seen a Mosquito like this here before, maybe a new species?
