Small Gray Moth

Description:

This small gray moth, was three eights of an inch long. It had two, black, compound eyes. It's front legs, were brown in color. It's wings, were different shades of gray and purple. It had a ridge, between its eyes, that ran down the center of its wings. It had two antennae. The end of its wings, ended in a point. It had a head, thorax, and an abdomen. It's middle legs, were different shades of brown. It's head was brown. It had four wings, and six legs.

Habitat:

This small gray moth, was resting on a concrete wall, on the outside of my house, near the front door.

Notes:

I went outside, at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, looking for insects to photograph. I saw a small gray moth, resting on a concrete wall, on the outside of my house, near the front door. This small gray moth, was three eights of an inch long. It had two antennae, and two, black, compound eyes. It had a head, thorax, and an abdomen. It also had six legs. The head, was brown in color. The front legs, were different shades of brown, in color. The middle legs, were also, different shades of brown, in color. It had four wings. The wings, were different shades of gray and purple. The ends of the wings, ended in a point. It had a ridge between the eyes, that ran down the center of its wings. This moth was able to fly.
