Black and orange Tiger Moth, 2 cm in length. The upper side of the abdomen is orange with a black stripe, the underside is all black. This one has all the hair on the thorax orange with 3 black stripes. Family Erebidae, Arctiinae.

Habitat:

Found at lights in the street, Semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico 2,200 meters.
