Fulgoridae, Pyrops maculatus. According to the link it should be Maculatus not Maculata as mentioned in other links.

Pyrops is masculin, so it is Maculatus. Probably some mixed it up with the synonym Fulgora which is feminin, like Fulgora maculata.
