Gallus gallus domesticus
This chicken is my Aunt's (currently) only chicken. Considering it for the category of "Pet" but decided against it since "pet" and "I keep you for your eggs" are two different things. Very nice chicken though, not human shy at all but hates me for some reason. Ah well.
This chicken breed is native to Australia.

Also by all means, there's a bunch of domesticated farm animal spottings on this site and even more that aren't even identified by species and have no information but let's harass the actual zoologist. lol
I actually wouldn't have even seen your comments if I wasn't going through looking to delete spottings I was unhappy with and touching up old ones to have more information on them. Haha.
Y'all realize this spotting is like five years old right? I've been doing this for close to seven and have logged almost 500 different species, but I can remove it sure. This was early in my career. I actually have since gone to college for zoology and have made my page about education. I use it at a center I work at to teach kids about animals.
Thanks WFs. Kalen is correct. Would you like to replace this with a 'wild' life form or just remove it for now?
(We used to have a separate container for domesticated forms but it got too difficult to manage everything)
Project Noah does not accept pet photos, or farm animal photos. Our focus is wildlife in an organism's natural habitat.
