Description:

This is an Arctic bird that travels in large flocks, quite impressive to see them land, forage around on the ground for a few minutes and then all take off "en masse". They are migratory to a degree spending summers in the high Arctic and traveling slightly south in the winters, (these were spotted in late October in Northern Alberta)..

There is a lone Snow Bunting that is showing up on the E coast of FL. Birders from around the state are gathering to see it!
