Hermissendra opalescens
A small nudibranch, blue and red body with reddish aeolid cnidosacs.
Ocean bottom- reefs and tide pools.
The aeolid cnidosacs are venemous in that they are able to sting predators that try and eat the sea slug. They are harmless to people. They get these toxins from eating sea anemones.
