Description:

Bosca's newt (Lissotriton boscai, formerly Triturus boscai), also known as the Iberian newt, is a species of newt in the Salamandridae family. It is found in Portugal and western Spain. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, rivers, intermittent rivers, swamps, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, sandy shores, arable land, pastureland, rural gardens, water storage areas, ponds, and introduced vegetation. It is threatened by habitat loss

This was a bizarre event :) When my wife arrived,the newt was finishing eating the little slug,when the photo session began,she began regorgitating the slug that was alive and go away :)
