Thanks Roy Arun. I have seen the Gram Blue's in India and I admit they look really similar, it's just that they're not found in Costa Rica. Unless it was blown a long way off course ! Maybe a distant cousin ?!!

None of the butterflies in the genus Euchrysops are found in the New World.

It seems to me as Gram Blue. But it is mainly found in India. So if you noticed its ventral portion of the wing then you can compare it with in the link i give here. Then you may conclude.
