White-lipped tree frog.

Litoria infrafrenata

Description:

Body length from nose tip to bottom of pelvis approx 17cm.

Habitat:

Dry tropics, far north Queensland, Australia. Grassland savanna, with some trees.

Notes:

These beauties disappear in the dry season, crawling into confined moist places like down pipes on house guttering. They are just starting to emerge. An indication that humidity is building up to the wet season.
