Description:

This species is a moth of the family Crambidae, Cream white wings with dark brown edges; very long antennae. Iridescent white body, with hairy thorax.

Habitat:

Seen active at early night; in an area close to forested area of the village.

Notes:

Native in eastern Asia, it was introduced in Europe where is considered an invasive species.
