Brown mantis with stripes on front legs.

Habitat:

California Buckwheat flowers in Oak Forest

Notes:

Either S californica or C. limbata. I didn't see the wings so I don't know which one it is.

Oh, never mind. S. californica looks similar to S. carolina.

Wow, it looks similar to S. carolina. I have read that S. carolina was introduced to the far west, but I do not know exactly where. Not S. limbata because of it's wings shape.
