Description:

Basic body coloration consists of turquoise blue-green and yellow-ochre regions, separated by black lines. The gills and rhinophore clubs are a dark brownish black, and the outer edge of the gill rachis is yellow.

Habitat:

I saw these in a shallow reef off Isla Espiritu Santo near La Paz but I believe they are distributed throughout the Pacific Ocean
