Tortoise beetle larvae cover themselves with their own faeces, to hide from predators. The interesting thing about this one is that if it wasn't using that cover, it would be less visible, because of its green color.

I remember that one, it is one of the most amazing spottings I saw in PN. The macaroni larva!
