Leucopholiota decorosa

Description:

Cream colored cap that was covered with conspicuous orange/brown scales. Gills were crowded, white, and attached to the stem. Stem similar to the cap. The cap was dry. No odor detected.

Habitat:

Habitat: Growing on rotting wood in a deciduous forest.
