Description:

Dermocybe or Cortinarius semisanguineus? These were a little dehydrated, but they had a golden cap with uniform color and a similarly-colored stipe, orangish gills loosely spaced, and a cylindrical (non-bulbous) base.

Habitat:

Under Sitka Spruce trees at the edge of a parking lot in a residential area
