Phacochoerus africanus
African wild pigs, of no concern to conservationists these days. Four subspecies, but this was the one listed at the zoo.
Obviously not the zoo. Mostly the savannah of sub-Saharan Africa.
Found at the Houston Zoo in the eland enclosure. These spent a nice part of the day head-butting one another, with the loser getting on its knees in a submissive position.
